Dekor does not accept 'change of mind' orders however if your item arrives faulty, we will gladly give you a refund or a replacement. It is in our best interest for the customer to be absolutely satisfied with their item/s.
All sale items are non exchangeable or refundable unless the item has a manufacturers fault.
Your orders are carefully packed, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, you will happily be provided with a full refund or replacement provided the following is met;You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to dekorhomeware@gmail.comYour claim has been reviewed and approvedPlease note: Once your refund has been approved, a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method you used in your original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card.
