Dekor Haus does not accept 'change of mind' orders however if your item arrives faulty, we will gladly give you a refund or a replacement. It is in our best interest for the customer to be absolutely satisfied with their item/s.

All sale items are non-exchangeable or refundable unless the item has a manufacturers fault.

Your orders are carefully packed, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund or replacement provided the following is met;
• You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to hello@dekorhaus.com.au
• Your claim has been reviewed and approved
• Item/s must be returned in its original packaging Please note: Once your refund has been approved, a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).

Refunds are issued through the same transaction method you used in your original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. Please note: All returns are at your cost and the shipping cost will not be refunded.
